Buzzlytics

Pro is $99 a month for 1,000 tracked videos, 10 active creators, one seat, and a 24-hour refresh. API access starts on Ultra at $299. There is a 7-day free trial.

Shortimize

A fast tracker for founders and agencies running short-form at volume, with unlimited account tracking and automated creator payments that include tax forms.

Launch is $99 a month for 1,000 tracked videos with a 24-hour refresh and one seat. Scale is $249 with 5,000 videos, a 12-hour refresh, and three seats. API, webhooks, MCP, and 1-hour refresh are add-ons. There is a 7-day free trial.

ViewTrack

The cheapest entry price here, with seven platforms on every plan, creator portals, an API, and an iOS app for creators.

Basic is $24.99 a month for 150 tracked videos with a 24-hour refresh. Pro ($79.99) and Ultra ($199.99) raise that to 1,000 and 5,000 videos and refresh every 12 and 6 hours.

Viralytics

A focused tool for paid UGC programs: CPM per creator and platform, flat fee and pay-per-view deal tracking, and private creator portals.

It costs $40 a month for 500 tracked videos plus $18 per extra 250, with unlimited seats. Data refreshes daily, and it covers TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube only.

CreatorCore

A sales-led suite for agencies, labels, and talent managers: campaign workflow, content approvals, a creator CRM, messaging, and creator payments by PayPal, Venmo, or bank transfer.

It does not publish pricing or a platform list. You book a demo.

Rovalty

A new Shopify app for view-based clipping campaigns, with a creator portal on your storefront and caps per clip and per campaign.

It has a free plan for 10K tracked views a month, then $29, $79, and $199. It launched on September 30, 2026 and had no reviews when we checked.

Virlo

Not a tracker first. Virlo finds outlier videos, breaks down hooks and formats, and writes scripts, with competitor tracking and breakout notices on the side.

Starter is $49 a month for 2,000 credits, with a 7-day free trial. Its pay-as-you-go API includes an MCP server.

How to choose

Start with the job. Hiring creators, paying creators, reporting to clients, and finding ideas are four different jobs.

Then check the meter. Tracked-video caps, credits, and tracked views decide your real monthly cost as the roster grows.

Then check refresh. Daily data is fine for monthly reports. Clip programs that pay on views usually want faster.

Finally, run your own three creators through a free entry or trial before you commit.
