TikTok Fake Follower Checker
Check whether a TikTok account's followers look real, from its views, engagement and comments.
How the fake follower check works
Bought followers don't watch, like or comment. So an account padded with fake followers leaves marks in its public numbers. The check looks for four of them:
- Views per follower. A typical video seen by under 2% of followers is a red flag. Under 8% is worth a look.
- Engagement rate. Under 1% of viewers reacting is a red flag. Under 2.5% is worth a look.
- Comments per 1,000 likes. Under 2 can mean bought likes. Over 150 can mean comment groups.
- Following vs followers. A large account that follows more people than follow it suggests follow-for-follow growth.
A red flag adds 2 points, a "worth a look" adds 1. 0 to 1 is low risk, 2 to 3 medium, 4 or more high.
A screen, not a verdict
This is an estimate from public numbers. Honest accounts can trip a flag: a creator back from a long break, or one who switched topics, will show low views per follower for a while. A true follower-by-follower audit needs a sample of the follower list, which this free check does not pull.
Why it matters on TikTok
Sponsorship prices still lean on follower counts. If a share of those followers are fake, you pay for people who will never see the video. Checking views and engagement first takes seconds and protects the budget.
Frequently asked questions
How can I tell if a TikTok account has fake followers?
Compare typical views with followers. Real followers watch, so a big account whose videos reach under 2% of its followers is a red flag, especially with low engagement.
Is this a guarantee?
No. It is an estimate from public numbers. Accounts returning from a break can trip a flag without any fake followers.
Does the account know I checked?
No. The check reads public data only.
